Service Description

Music Speaks is excited to bring our in-person music group for young adults to BOTS in Albany, NY! This group was designed to offer group music experiences for special learners (suggested ages 16+), their families and caregivers, and their peers. Individuals of ALL abilities are welcome and encouraged to participate in this invaluable group experience promoting diversity, understanding and inclusion for all. This is a 45 minute group filled with instrument playing, movement, singing and songwriting. Created and run by a Board Certified Music Therapist from Music Speaks, this group will promote socialization, motor skills, communication, language, overall engagement, creativity, self-confidence, listening skills, and more! Our Music Therapists at Music Speaks have extensive experience with individuals of all ages and a wide range of special needs. Our 45 minute class is $28 per class, per registrant. Caregivers or accompanying adults do not need to register. Please register any accompanying siblings or friends who will be participating. Please pay through our secure online payment system. Our programs can be fully covered by your self-direction funding!
